The McCall MacBain Scholarship supports outstanding students who demonstrate leadership potential, community engagement, entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to improving the lives of others.
Recipients pursue a funded master’s degree or eligible professional program at McGill University while participating in an interdisciplinary leadership program that includes mentorship, coaching, networking opportunities, and experiential learning.
In addition to the main scholarship awards, numerous finalist and regional awards are available to outstanding candidates during the selection process.

McCall MacBain Scholarship Benefits
The McCall MacBain Scholarship provides:
- Full tuition and mandatory fees for the entire duration of the eligible program

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the McCall MacBain Scholarship, applicants must meet one of the following conditions:
- Be a current student expected to earn their first bachelor’s degree by August 2027
- Have earned their first bachelor’s degree within the last five years (January 2021 or later)
- Have earned their first bachelor’s degree more than five years ago and be 30 years old or younger in 2026
- Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) recognized by McGill University
- Meet the admission and language requirements of the intended McGill graduate program
McCall MacBain Scholarship Application Procedure
- Apply for the McCall MacBain Scholarship between June and August 2026.
- Complete and submit the online scholarship application before the deadline.
- If shortlisted, participate in the interview and selection process.
- Apply separately to an eligible master’s or professional program at McGill University during the admissions cycle.
- Successful candidates will receive scholarship offers and proceed with admission and enrollment requirements.
