Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Apply for an eligible postgraduate taught programme at the University of East London.
• Be commencing studies in January 2026 or September 2026.
• Hold Home Fee Status as determined by the university’s admissions team.
• Meet the admission requirements for their chosen programme.
• Demonstrate strong academic achievement.
• Enrol on either a full-time or part-time basis at a UEL campus.

Applicants are not eligible if they are:

• Studying online or through distance learning.
• Enrolled at a partner institution.
• Applying for a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
• Studying a Professional Diploma in MArch Architecture (ARB/RIBA Part 2).
• Enrolled in a Professional Doctorate, MPhil, or Integrated Master’s programme.
• Receiving alternative funding that makes them ineligible under the scholarship rules.
