Eligibility Criteria

  • Come from a low-income household.
  • Intend to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in the United States.
  • Have completed less than one year of university or post-secondary education.
  • Demonstrate leadership in their school or community.
  • Be academically outstanding, with strong class rankings and national examination results.
  • Demonstrate strong English language proficiency through TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo English Test, or equivalent.
  • Be available to participate full-time in the SHE-CAN pre-college programme from January to June.
  • Have reliable daily access to a computer and stable internet connection.
  • Be able to travel to the designated interview location if shortlisted.
