All admissions into the department are made through JAMB, candidates seeking admission into the department must possess at least credit passes at one sitting or six credit passes at not more than two sittings at WAEC, GCE, NECO, or approved equivalent.
Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Economics, and other Social Science subject.
Direct Entry
For candidates seeking admission into the 3-year program, Two A/level passes (or equivalents) in Economics and one in Business Management are needed.
Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, Geography and Government can also be used to satisfy the O/level requirements.
