This is to inform interested candidates and the general public that the 2025 admission application form to Akwa Ibom State School of Health Technology, Etinan, is now available.
Registration Period and Venue
Registration commences from Monday, 19th June to 7th July 2025, between 8:30 am-3:00 pm daily, excluding public holidays and weekends. Registration will only occur at the Public Health Directorate, Ministry of Health, Uyo.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the registration, candidates must possess WASSCE, GCE OR NECO with credits in Mathematics, English Language, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, in at least two sittings. Additionally, candidates must be 16 years of age or above.
Registration/Processing Fee
The registration/processing fee is Fourteen Thousand (N14,000.00) Naira only.
Requirements For Registration
To complete the registration, the following documents are required:
- Two recent passport photographs
- Educational certificates – FSLC, WASSCE, GCE or NECO
- Birth Certificate or Age Declaration
- Certificate of Local Government of Origin
- Change of Name (if applicable)
Entrance Examination Date
The entrance examination date has been set for Saturday, 15th July 2025.
