  • Have graduated with above-average academic results.
  • Have obtained their most recent degree within the last six years.
  • Have at least two years of full-time professional experience in a public institution or private company in a developing country.
  • Demonstrate that the required professional experience will be completed by February 2027 if still ongoing.
  • Note that university academic staff are generally not the primary target group and are considered only in exceptional cases.
