DAAD MIPLC Scholarship Details

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be a citizen of a developing country listed on the OECD DAC list.
• Have lived outside their home country (or another developing country) for no more than two years before applying.
• Hold at least:
  • a four-year Bachelor’s degree, or
  • a three-year Bachelor’s degree plus an additional degree.
• Have graduated with above-average academic results.
• Have obtained their most recent degree within the last six years.
• Have at least two years of full-time professional experience in a public institution or private company in a developing country.
• Demonstrate that the required professional experience will be completed by February 2027 if still ongoing.
• Note that university academic staff are generally not the primary target group and are considered only in exceptional cases.
