This is to inform the public that Delta state foundation awards education grants to students from the Monday Onyeme Foundation.
A philanthropist and current chairman of the Delta State Board of Internal Revenue (DSBIR), Monday Onyeme, has awarded education grants to 164 undergraduates in Delta State this weekend from the Monday Onyeme Foundation.
The beneficiaries who received cheques ranging from N100,000 to N200,000 were drawn from the Ndokwa area of the state, with 61 from Ukwuani, 78 from Ndokwa West, and 55 from Ndokwa East council areas.
The grant presentation ceremony, which took place in Kwale, had in attendance the state Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Mr Patrick Ukah, who represented the state governor, Dr Ifeanyi Okowa.
