The release of the Basic Nursing Programme admission list for May 2026 has been eagerly anticipated by the FCT College of Nursing Sciences in Gwagwalada, Abuja.
The College’s acclaimed Basic Nursing Program has accepted the individuals on the list.
Admission Formalities and Requirements
Candidates who have been accepted must appear in person at the Principal’s office with the relevant paperwork to get their admission letters. The documents consist of the following:
- Electronic receipt of payment of the Acceptance Fee
- Admission letter
- Birth Certificate
- State of Origin certificate
- Primary School Leaving Certificate
- WAEC/NECO/NABTEB Certificate
- Secondary School Testimonial
Candidates are to bring along the originals and photocopies of these documents for verification and file opening in the school.
Acceptance Fee and Resumption
Accepted candidates must pay acceptance fees of fifty thousand (N50,000.00). It must be shown at the school to transform this payment receipt into a treasury receipt. Registration and resumption will start on June 5th, 2026.
It’s vital to remember that failing to resume by June 19th 2026, or two weeks beyond the scheduled resume date, may result in the forfeiture of the entrance.
Due to a limited number of rooms, reservations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment Process on the Remita Platform
To make your Acceptance Fee payment, follow these steps:
- Check out www.remita.net
- Select “Pay TSA & States”
- “FEDERAL CAPITAL TERRITORY ADMIN” should be selected.
- Go to “who do you want to pay” and select FCT Health and Human Services Secretariat.
- Choose “ACCEPTANCE FEE” under “name of service/purpose.”
- To create a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR), provide any additional payment information required and press “SUBMIT”.
- To finalize your payment, use the RRR at any bank branch you choose.
