The administration of Federal University, Otuoke (FUOTUOKE) has announced the start date for the third semester of the 2024/2025 academic year.
FUOTUOKE Resumption Date
The Senate took note of the grave flood situation in Bayelsa State during its 80th (Emergency) Meeting and planned the end of the 2024/2025 academic session as follows:
Wednesday, October 19, 2024/2025: Online lectures begin (through Zoom).
On November 20, 2025, students will return to campus.
Sunday, November 20, 2025: Ongoing Evaluation and Revision
- Beginning of Second Semester, 2024/2025 Academic Session Exams on Monday, November 28, 2025
NOTE: Until the scheduled week of in-person contact and ongoing evaluation, lecturers are instructed to START ONLINE INTERFACE WITH STUDENTS (through Zoom) for the completion of the remaining lectures, project supervision, and revision.
