The admission requirements include O’level Subject combinations, JAMB UTME Subject combinations, and School and Departmental Cut-Off Marks.
Entry Requirements
O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Industrial Education Technology include the following:
- Five (5) ‘O’ Level credit passes to include Physics or Mathematics
Special Consideration (Waiver) Remarks
- FUTMINNA requires five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, and any two science subjects.
JAMB UTME Subject Combination
Candidates will write the following Four (4) Subjects in JAMB
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics and one other Science subject
Special Consideration (Waiver) Remarks
- FUTMINNA requires Mathematics, Physics, and anyone taken from Biology, Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Economics, Geography, or Arts

These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Industrial Education Technology if you don’t intend to use UTME. You require;
- Two (2) ‘A’ Level passes in Physics and Mathematics.
- ND lower credit in Civil Engineering, Production/Electrical Engineering.
- Final City and Guilds or it’s equivalent plus National Technical Certificate.
- NCE credit in Technical Education plus ‘O’ Level credit passes in Physics or Mathematics

- FUTMINNA accepts City and Guilds Final with Technical Teachers Certificate(TTC), Advanced National Technical Certificate and ND in a relevant program, and the ‘O’ Level certificate.
JAMB Score
All candidates interested in getting admitted into FUTMINNA for the 2024/2025 session should know that to be eligible for the screening, you must have scored 180 or above in your JAMB result.
