The college management of Galtima mai kyari college of health science and Technology, Nguru, Yobe State, has officially announced a temporary closure of all academic activities regarding the upcoming Eid El-Fitr Sallah celebrations.
The break will commence from Friday, 14th April to Monday, 24th April 2025, with academic activities set to resume on Tuesday, 25th April 2025.
Eid El-Fitr Sallah Break Announcement
The Office of the Registrar released an official statement on 14th April 2025; for the upcoming Eid El-Fitr Sallah celebrations, the college has approved a break in academic activities.
During a meeting held by the management on Thursday, 13th April 2025, the decision was made.
Break Duration
The approved break will begin on Friday, 14th April, and continue until Monday, 24th April 2025, giving students 11 days to celebrate the festival.
Resumption of Academic Activities
On Tuesday, 25th April 2025 resumption of normal academic activities begins. Students are to return to the college premises in preparation for other academic engagements, such as continuing lectures and practical sessions.
