About the Government of Ireland – International Education Scholarships (Bachelor, Master & PhD)

In accordance with the program, 60 scholarships will be given to successful applicants who have been offered a spot at an appropriate Irish higher education institution for one year of study at the Bachelor, Master, or PhD levels.

The GOI-IES scheme was created in 2024 with the intention of reflecting Ireland’s involvement in its target partner nations.

A partnership between the government and higher education institutions (HEIs) provides funding for the scheme run in the higher education sector.
