Now Hiring remote call center agents to work from home for our 24/7 Inbound/Outbound call center. The calls are very easy to handle and the work itself benefits a variety of incredible charitable causes. You must be located in Ontario, Canada to apply.

Requirements

  • An upbeat and friendly voice combined with excellent verbal & written English language skills
  • An ability to type a minimum of 30 wpm
  • Strong communication skills with a natural aptitude for telephone customer service
  • MUST be available to work on Fridays (you would not be scheduled every Friday)

Mandatory Requirements

  • PC with Windows 10 or better (MAC’s or tablets are NOT compatible) with an available USB port for a headset
  • Unlimited High Speed Internet Access with speeds of 10Mbps or higher
  • Smartphone to download free apps
  • Access to a PC webcam to attend virtual training and feedback sessions as required
  • Your home office workstation must be located in Ontario, Canada

Primary Job Duties

  • Answer inbound calls or make outbound calls on behalf of prominent charities plus other inbound FAQ calls.
