The School Psychologist will play a crucial role in supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional development within our school community. This position requires a deep understanding of psychological principles, assessment techniques, and intervention strategies to address students’ diverse needs.

Qualifications
- A Masters in School Psychology is required
- School Psychologist State License
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
Responsibilities
- The School Psychologist will play a crucial role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students within our school community.
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate students’ cognitive, academic, social, and emotional functioning.
- Interpret assessment results and provide recommendations for educational planning and intervention strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop individualized plans for students with special needs or behavioral concerns.
- Provide counseling and crisis intervention services to students experiencing academic, social, or emotional difficulties.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to review student progress, discuss interventions, and develop support plans.
- Conduct research and stay current with best practices in the field of school psychology.
- Serve as a resource for staff and parents on issues related to child development, mental health, and learning.
