Job Expectancy

• The Retail Key Holder is a prominent figure in maintaining exceptional customer service standards across Sunshine’s various retail outlets.
• Your passion for the outdoors will shine through as you contribute to creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities include restocking merchandise, handling cash transactions accurately, and providing unparalleled service to our guests.
• This role oversees the opening and closing procedures of 1-2 stores, ensuring smooth operations throughout the day. Attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

• Retail or relevant key holding/customer service experience.
• Cash management experience: Till balancing, POS, returns, cash-outs, deposits
• A history of up-keeping stores and maintaining merchandising standards.
• A desire to develop product knowledge of our seasonal gear.
• Previous inventory, warehouse, or receiving experience.
