This article is designed to help students who wish to study Christian Religious Studies (CRS) under the Faculty of Arts & Humanities at Kaduna State University.
It is very important for all candidates who wish to apply for any of the courses offered in KASU to carefully confirm and see if the course they Selected is offered in the institution before registering for JAMB.
The Kaduna State University was established under the Kaduna State Law Number 3 promulgated on 21st May 2004. The promulgation was a consequence of the obvious and felt need to boost higher education in the State and the country in general.
O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Christian Religious Studies (CRS); You require;
Five (5) SSC credit passes in English Language, CRS, and three (3) other relevant subjects.
JAMB Subject Combination
In UTME, please note that the English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combinations needed to study Christian Religious Studies (CRS) under the Faculty of Arts & Humanities in the above Universities include;
Two (2) Arts subjects, including CRS and any other subject.
Direct Entry Requirement
These are the conditions you need to fulfil to gain Direct Entry admission to study Christian Religious Studies (CRS) if you don’t intend to use UTME.
You require;
Two (2) ‘A’ level passes/NCE to include CRS/Religious Studies.
