Osun State Polytechnic, Iree (OSPOLY), has announced the schedule for the matriculation ceremony of its part-time students for the 2024/2025 academic session.
The ceremony has been slated to hold on Thursday, 6th July 2025, at 11 am. The prestigious event will take place at the ETF Hall and will mark the official admission of the part-time students into the polytechnic.
Important Instructions for Matriculating Students
All part-time students should note the following guidelines:
- Only students who have duly registered as of Wednesday, 5th July 2025, are eligible to participate in the matriculation ceremony.
- Students must understand that failure to register and participate in the matriculation ceremony means forfeiture of their admission and studentship.
- Academic Gowns required for the ceremony will be available for collection from the respective Faculty Officers starting Tuesday, 4th July 2025.
- Returning of Academic Gowns
- After the matriculation ceremony, all academic gowns should be returned to the Faculty Officers without fail by the close of work on Friday, 7th July 2025.
The university management has also warned that any student’s failure to return the gown will attract a fine of N500.00 for each day of default.
The institution further warned that this penalty is subject to an upward review and could lead to further sanctions.
