UCH, Ibadan, SHIM has commenced the sale of Post UTME forms for admission into its ND programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Programme Overview
The Two-Year Programme leading to the award of the National Diploma (ND) in Health Information Management is scheduled to commence in October 2026.
The programme is non-residential and offers a platform for successful candidates to embark on a career in Health Information Management.
Eligibility Criteria for UCH Ibadan SHIM Post UTME
In addition to scoring 150 and above in the 2026 UTME, applicants must have obtained a minimum of five (5) credits at no more than two sittings in SSCE/GCE/WASC/NECO in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Biology
- Physics or Chemistry
- Any other subject
Application Process
Interested applicants are requested to pay N2,000 as a non-refundable application and screening fee into the TSA ACCOUNT (TSA/UCH/SHIM/ADMISSION FORM) at any commercial bank.
Following payment, applicants should convert their bank teller into a receipt at the Cash Office of the Finance & Accounts Department, University College Hospital, Ibadan.
Both the photocopy of the receipt of payment and the photocopy of the bank teller should be forwarded or presented to the School’s Administrative Office.
All applicants are required to have a functional email address. Access codes for the online application can be collected from the School’s Administrative Office.
The application should be completed online via portal before 31st August 2026.
Screening and Interview Process
The dates for the screening exercise for the ND programme will be communicated to applicants via their email addresses.
Successful applicants will also be notified of an oral interview at a later date through text messages and updates on the School’s website.
The Computer Based Test (CBT) for the ND programme will cover the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Chemistry
- Physics
- Biology
