This is to inform the general public that the management of the University Of Ibadan (UI) has published the admission requirements for her Faculty of European Studies (Russian) For her admission aspirants.
The admission requirements include O’level Subject combinations, JAMB UTME Subject combinations, and School and Departmental Cut-Off Marks.

O’level Subject Combinations
Candidates who wish to study the Russian Language at the University Of Ibadan (UI) must possess Five ‘O’ Level passes at ONE sitting or 6 ‘O’ Level credit passes at TWO sittings to include English Literature and any three or four other subjects from Arts and Social Science subjects.
JAMB UTME Subject Combination
Candidates will write the following Four (4) Subjects in JAMB.
English Language, Literature in English plus any two Arts or Social Science subjects.
UI JAMB Cut-Off Mark
Generally, For any candidate to be admitted into the University Of Ibadan (UI) for any course at all, the candidate must score 200 and above in jamb. That is to say that the University Of Ibadan (UI) JAMB Cut-Off mark is 200.
UI Faculty Of European Studies (Russian) Cut-Off Mark
The UI Department of Russian Language Departmental Cut Off Mark is 180. That is to say that, Candidates who seek admission to the University Of Ibadan (UI) Department of Russian Language must score 180 and above in the school UTME Screening exercise.
