    UNIPORT Department of Adult & Non-Formal Education Admission Requirement 2025/2026

    This is to inform the general public and all University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT) aspirants that the Department of Adult & Non-Formal Education admission requirements have been published.

    UNIPORT

    The admission requirements include O’level Subject combinations, JAMB UTME Subject combinations, and School and Departmental Cut-Off Marks.

    Entry Requirements

    O’Level Subject Combination

    The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Pharmacy include the following:

    • Five ‘SSCE credits, including English and Mathematics or TC II, with a pass in English and at least 4 other subjects from below:
    • Literature In English
    • History
    • French
    • Yoruba
    • Igbo
    • Hausa
    • CRK
    • Islamic Studies
    • Geography/Physics
    • Economics
    • Government
    • Mathematics

    Special Consideration (Waiver) Remark

    • UNIPORT requires a five O’ level credit pass in English Language, the teaching subject, and any other three.

    JAMB UTME Subject Combination

    Candidates will write the following Four (4) Subjects in JAMB

    • English Language
    • Government/History, one Social Science subject, and any other subject.

    Direct Entry Requirement

    These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Adult and Non-Formal Education if you don’t intend to use UTME. You require;

    • Two ‘A’ level passes
    • NCE with passes in two subjects at merit level

    All candidates interested in getting admitted into the University of Port Harcourt (UNIPORT)  for the 2025/2026 session should know that to be eligible for the screening, you must have scored 150 or above in your JAMB result.
