  • Hold a bachelor’s degree completed before September 2023 with excellent academic performance, typically placing in the top 10% of their graduating class.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to returning to their home country after completing the programme.
  • Show clear potential to contribute to sustainable development in their home country.
  • Explain how studying at the University of Manchester will advance both their career and their country’s development.
