The admission requirements include O’level Subject combinations, JAMB UTME Subject combinations, and School and Departmental Cut-Off Marks.

Entry Requirements
O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Pharmacy include the following:
- Five (5) SSCE credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
Special Consideration (Waiver) Remarks
UNN and UNIUYO require five (5) ‘O’ level credit passes at not more than two (2) sittings.
JAMB UTME Subject Combination
Candidates will write the following Four (4) Subjects in JAMB.
- English Language.
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
Direct Entry Requirement
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Pharmacy if you don’t intend to use UTME. You require;
- Three (3) ‘A’ level passes in Chemistry, Biology/Zoology, and Physics or Mathematics plus UTME requirements.
JAMB Score
All candidates interested in getting admitted into UNN for the 2025/2026 session should know that to be eligible for the screening, you must have a minimum of 160 or above score in your JAMB result.
