O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Crop Science; You require;
Five SSCE credit passes to include Chemistry, Biology/Agric Science, Mathematics and one Science/Social Science subject and at least a pass in Physics.
Jamb Subject Combination
In UTME, please note that the English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combinations needed to study Crop Science under the Faculty of Agriculture in the above Universities include;
Chemistry, Biology/Agriculture and Mathematics or Physics.
Direct Entry Requirement
These are the conditions you need to fulfil to gain Direct Entry admission to study Crop Science if you don’t intend to use UTME.
You require; Two ‘A’ level passes in Chemistry and Biology/Agric Science/Botany/Zoology or Physics/Mathematics/ Economics.
Jamb Score
All candidates interested in getting admitted into NDA for the 2025/2026 session should know that to be eligible for the screening, you must have a minimum score of 200 or above in your JAMB result.
