The Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic’s 31st matriculation schedule is out.

The management of Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic wishes to inform the general public and matriculants that the 31st matriculation ceremony schedule is out.
The management of Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic announced that the date, time, and venue for the ceremony to be successful had been scheduled.
Therefore, matriculants should follow due procedures to collect the matriculation gown for the ceremony.
Captain Elechi Amadi Polytechnic 31st Matriculation Ceremony Schedule
The Matriculation Ceremony of 2025/2026 Session has been scheduled to hold on 30th March 2025 by 10 am prompt at the Polytechnic Sports Field.
All year 1 National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) students are required to take note of the information stated below:
Payment for collection of Academic Outfit
Payment of school fees, including matriculation fee for collection of Academic Gowns and Caps, is compulsory for all Year-one students in the various Diploma, National Diploma (ND), and Higher National Diploma (HND) Programme(s) of the Polytechnic.
Matriculating Students are required to collect the Academic Gowns Caps with effect from 28th March, 2025.
Only students who have completed payment of fees, including matriculation fee, are eligible to collect the Academic Outfit at the designated collection points.
Collection Points for Year-One Diploma Programs
Venue: Dean’s office from the Administrative Secretary
Members of the Academic Board (Deans, Directors, and HODS) and Congregation (Academic officer and Administrative Secretaries) are to participate in the Academic procession.
They are requested to sign and collect the Academic Outfits from the Office of the Registrar on 29th March 2025 and return same to the point of the collection immediately after the Matriculation Ceremony.
Returning of the Outfit by Students
All Academic Gowns Caps are to be returned to the collection point in good condition immediately after the Ceremony and, in any case, not later than 3 pm on 31st March 2025 fine of Ten thousand naira (N10, 000.00) only for every additional day.
A loss/damage attracts a replacement, or a student will not be allowed to write the semester examination.
More About the Matriculation Ceremony
Rehearsal
Rehearsal shall hold for all Matriculating students and Deans of Schools Institute of relevant programs at the conference Hall by 3 pm on 28th March, 2025.
Matriculating students are expected to be seated by 2:30 pm at the Conference Hall. Rehearsal is mandatory for all Year-One National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) students.

Who Shall Matriculate
Only year 1 Higher National Diploma (HND) Diploma and National Diploma (ND) students who have completed all registration formalities shall participate in the ceremony.
Signing of the Matriculation Register and Pledge
All Matriculating students shall sign the Matriculation pledge and the Matriculation Register. A copy of the signed pledge must be submitted to the Examinations and Records Officer immediately after the Ceremony.
Student Security Vetting Form
All matriculating Students in the various Diploma Programmes of the Polytechnic must collect a set of the STUDENTS’ SECURITY VETTING FORM of good conduct from the Exams and Records Unit of the Registry Department. All completed SSVF must be returned to the Exams and Records on or before 28th March 2025.
The Matriculating Students are not allowed to take pictures in the field during the Matriculation Ceremony.
