UTME Candidates (100 level)
WASSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent with O’Level credit passes in five subjects, including Mathematics and English, Chemistry, Agricultural Science/Biology, Geography/Economics or Physics, obtained at not more than two sittings.
Score a pass mark at the 2025 UTME conducted by JAMB and must include English Language, Mathematics, and two relevant subjects.
Direct Entry Candidates (200 Level)
Candidates seeing admission through this mode should, in addition to the O’Level requirement, possess two O’ Levels in Chemistry and Agricultural Science/Biology, ND (or equivalent) HND lower credit.

UTME Candidates (100 level)
WASSCE/GCE/NECO/NABTEB or its equivalent with O’ Level credit passes in five subjects, including mathematics and English, Chemistry, Agricultural Science/Biology, Geography/Economics, or Physics, obtained at not more than two sittings.

Candidates seeking admission through this mode should, in addition to the UTME O’Level requirements, possess either of the following.
- Two GCE, O’Level credit passes in Chemistry and Agricultural Sciences or Biology.
- Holders of OND/HND/NCE (or equivalent) can gain entry into the 200 Level provided they have a minimum of a lower credit grade.
- IJMB passes at credit level in relevant subject

How to Apply for FCAHPT Vom (in Affiliation with ATBU) Post UTME Form
The application form is Five Thousand Naira (N5,000) only – including screening fees.
- Interested applicants should visit the College portal.
- Select the Programme you wish to apply for.
- Generate RRR and make payment for your application.
- Complete all necessary forms and submit your application.
- Pay for Screening and Print your slip.
