Entry Requirements
O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Chemistry include Five (5) SSCE credit passes in the following subjects:
- English Language
- Mathematics
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology
JAMB UTME Subject Combination
Candidates will write the following Four (4) Subjects in JAMB
- English Language
- Chemistry and two subjects from below:
- Physics
- Biology
- Mathematics

You need to fulfill these conditions to gain Direct Entry admission to study Chemistry if you don’t intend to use UTME. You require;
- Two (2) ‘A’ level passes in Chemistry and any one (1) in Physics, Mathematics, or Biology.
