Responsibilities
Production Associates are hired into entry-level manufacturing positions with full-time hours. Production Associates are responsible for keeping production flowing in their area, meeting performance goals, following safe practices, and maintaining the high quality that consumers expect from our products.
Jo Description
Production Associates do various types of work, driving fork and clamp trucks and running high-speed converting and packing equipment. Production Associates are expected to be able to work well individually and as part of a team handling multiple priorities.
Further, the Production Associates will be in charge of maintaining and cleaning automated equipment and have interpersonal and problem-solving skills and basic knowledge of computers.
Job Safety
Additionally, the safety of our Production Associates and our workforce is very important to Procter & Gamble. Production Associates will be required to wear appropriate safety equipment, such as safety shoes, hearing protection, and eye protection.
Salaries
Production associates are paid a competitive wage with a salary range of $18.00 to $19.40 per hour, including retirement pension plan after 1 year of employment and health spending account Benefits after six months of employment.
Job Schedule
Shift schedules are:
- 7 days/12 hours, days and nights.
- Rapid rotation.
- Receiving 84 hours every two weeks.
Job Qualifications
- Must hold a valid G2 or higher Ontario Drivers License

- Willingness to work full-time hours and 12-hour rapid rotating shifts, which include days, nights, and weekends. Employment opportunities will be conditional upon the results of a background check and a medical screening.
