A manufacturing manager is responsible for every aspect of product making and is recognized as an industry leader for developing innovative production systems and technologies.

Managers in a production plant have far-reaching responsibilities that cover the reliability, quality, and safety of our equipment and processes and the motivation of the people working in the plant. Your career as a manufacturing manager starts at our production site.

Your responsibilities can range from analyzing/optimizing production processes as a process engineer to implementing new equipment/product upgrades as a start-up leader.

You could also be a raw material manager who stays in contact with our suppliers to optimize the needed raw materials for the production process.

Job Qualifications

This is an in-person position at the Belleville, Ontario Site. Preference is given to those individuals holding university degrees (or in their final year of study) in Engineering at the Bachelor, Master, or MBA with a technical undergraduate degree, but will consider degrees from any discipline.
