The management of the Kwara State Polytechnic wishes to inform the general public and freshers that the scheduled date for the 2024/2025 matriculation ceremony is out.
Kwara State Polytechnic Course Registration Deadline
When is Kwara State Polytechnic Matriculation Ceremony Date 2025
The matriculation ceremony for new and returning students will take place on January 11, 2025, at the Rear Admiral Muhammed Alabi Lawal Auditorium. Students are expected to be seated by 9:15 am, and the ceremony will begin at 10:00 am.
Attendance is mandatory for all newly admitted students.
Please note that registration for the Polytechnic Portal will close on the day of the matriculation ceremony for new students.
Returning students must register by January 18, 2025. Failure to report to the Registrar by these dates will result in expulsion from the Polytechnic. Institute/Centre Directors should inform their students of these details.

All matriculating students are now advised to contact the Secretaries of their respective Faculties to collect academic gowns and the details of other formalities.
