This is to inform the general public and all prospective students of the University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) that the Department of Education & History Admission requirements has been published.
The admission requirements include O’level Subject combinations, JAMB UTME Subject combinations, and School and Departmental Cut-Off Marks.
Entry Requirements
O’Level Subject Combination
The O’level subject combination and requirements needed to study Education & History include the following:
- Five (5) SSCE credit passes in English Language, History, and three (3) relevant Arts subjects.
JAMB UTME Subject Combination
Candidates will write the following Four (4) Subjects in JAMB
- English Language
- History and any other two (2) subjects chosen from Christian Religious Studies/Islamic Studies, Literature in English, French, Yoruba, Geography/Physics, Economics, Government, and Hausa.
Direct Entry Requirement
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Education and History if you don’t intend to use UTME. You require;
- Two (2) NCE merit/’A’ Level passes in History and one (1) other relevant Arts subject.
