  • Be registered as a full-time undergraduate or graduate student at the University of Manitoba during both:
    • Fall 2026.
    • Winter 2027.
  • Undergraduate students must maintain at least a 60% course load (minimum of 9 credit hours per term).
  • Have a minimum 2.0 institutional GPA from the previous academic session (not required for new University of Manitoba students).
  • Reside in Manitoba throughout the work-study employment period.
  • International students are eligible only if they can provide proof of a government student loan or financial aid package from their home country for the 2026–2027 academic year.
