The Lagos State Univerity (LASU) Centre for Bioethics and Research Programme Training Programme admission form is not on sale.
The University has received a request from the Centre for Bioethics and Research, the University of Ibadan to collaborate with the Lagos State University on strengthening the Research integrity of the University.
Furthermore, the Centre requested LASU to nominate a member of the University staff to be sponsored by the Centre for an MSc. Bioethics programme with a concentration in Research Integrity.
The programme is administered by the Postgraduate College of the University of Ibadan and is domiciled in the University’s Department of Bioethics and Medical Humanities;
The training will feature majorly hybrid online and occasional in-person activities and will be for a duration of two (2) academic sessions.
Eligibility and Admission Requirements
a) The candidate should be a mid-level, highly motivated and scholarly academic or non-academic staff.
b) He/she will be required to apply for the MSc programme of the University of Ibadan through the Postgraduate College portal against the next academic session.
c) Candidates for admission into MSc. (Bioethics) programme shall be holders of the Medical Degree Certificate of the University of Ibadan or other Universities recognized by the Senate of the University
OR
d) Graduates of any related education, humanities and science discipline with a good honours degree from the University of Ibadan or other Universities recognized by the Senate of the University.
e) All candidates must satisfy the University of Ibadan basic and higher degree requirements for matriculation.
To this end, applications are requested from members of the University’s academic and non-academic staff who meet the requirements stipulated above.
