Responsibility

  • Excel at needs discovery and solution development to advise commercial clients on their day-to-day banking operations.
  • Partner with Relationship Managers to identify, plan & deliver the best solutions to clients and prospects based on strong knowledge of client’s operational requirements
  • Participate in ongoing contact programs to forge strong client relationships by staying in touch and providing value-added service and meaningful advice.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated excellence in a service and sales role
  • Proven track record of strong relationship management skills and proven sales success
  • Experience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web-based meetings, social media, digital banking, and mobile applications)
  • Post-secondary education at college or university level in business administration or financial management preferred e.g., BBA, B. of Commerce, or equivalent on-the-job learning
