Certificate in Tour Guiding
Admission Requirements
- Candidates should obtain three (3) credit passes in relevant subjects in Arts, Sciences, and Commercial Studies at not more than two (2) sittings at GCE/WAEC/SSCE/NECO. Credit pass in English Language will be an added advantage.
Waiver
- Candidates not less than 30 years old who possess other Certificates and at least five years of work experience in their chosen course of study are also eligible to apply.

Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000) only
Certificate in Real Estate & Facility Management
Admission Requirements
- Admission into Certificate in Real Estate & Facility Management is open to SSCE/GCE holders who must have three (3) compulsory ‘O’ Level credit passes at no more than two (2) sittings.
Duration:
The certificate program in Real Estate & Facility Management is a Part-Time Programme and will run for Six (6) months (intensive training)
Application fee:
Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000) only.
