The University of Ibadan (UI) administration has announced the resumption date for the end of the 2024/2025 academic session for both undergraduate and postgraduate students.
UI Resumption Date
This is to let students know that the university administration has given the go-ahead for the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic session to resume on Monday, October 24, 2025.
As a result, the following timetable has been created for the benefit of all Students’ knowledge and compliance.
Return to Teaching/Revision: Monday, October 24 through Friday, January 6, 23 (11 weeks)
GES Exams: Monday, January 9, through Friday, January 13,
Exams will be held over a two-week period from Monday, January 16 through Friday, January 27, in the faculties below;
Education, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Technology, Law, Agriculture, Renewable natural resources, Clinical sciences, Dentistry, Basic Medical sciences, Public health, Environmental Design, and Management.
Exams in the faculties of the arts, sciences, social sciences, economics, and management sciences will be held for two weeks from Monday, January 30, to Friday, February 10 (the end of the first semester).
