About the University of Nebraska–Lincoln Scholarship

The Department of Food Science and Technology at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln is seeking a PhD student to join the Flavor Intelligence Group (FIG) beginning in Fall 2026.

The research group is developing the first U.S. academic platform dedicated to flavor digitization. The project combines analytical chemistry, sensory science, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to better understand how food chemistry influences flavor perception.
