The BigSun Organisation takes great pride in being able to assist young athletes in achieving their academic objectives.
As a result, the institute awards the BigSun Scholarship each year to deserving student-athletes who qualify regardless of the sport they play or the level at which they engage.
The number of grants is not predetermined and is entirely up to the scholarship award committee’s discretion.

Eligibility for BigSun Scholarship
The student must be at least one of the following:
- A high school senior
- Attending a post-secondary institute.
In general, all student-athletes who are high school seniors or in college are eligible to apply. And here is the best part, as stated earlier. You can apply for the scholarship no matter what sport you play.

You will have to send a short essay of 500 to 1,000 words answering the following questions:
- What influence did your high school athletic participation have on you?
- Has your involvement influenced your professional ambitions?
- How do you interact with your family? Has it been affected by your participation?
