The management of the Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University wishes to inform the freshers and general public that the scheduled date for the 2025/2026 matriculation ceremony is out.

The COOU matriculation ceremony is scheduled as follows:
Date: Saturday 22nd April, 2026
Time: 9:00 am
Note that attendance is mandatory.
As a result of this, all matriculating students are advised to contact the Secretaries of their respective Faculties for the collection of academic gowns and the details of other formalities.
Meanwhile, the University Orientation for the newly admitted will now hold on Thursday, 20th April 2026, in both the Igbariam and Uli campuses of the university.
