This is to bring to the notice of all the new and returning students of Al-Qalam University, Katsina (AUK), that the management of the institution has published the registration guidelines for the 2024/2025 academic session.

Al-Qalam University Katsina (AUK) Registration Guidelines

Fresh Students

  1. Go to https://sis.auk.edu.ng or click on the “Apply Here” tab on the AUK website https://auk.edu.ng to create an account.
  2. Generate an invoice to pay the N10,000 application form fee.
  3. Login to your account using your Remita Reference Number (RRR) as your username and password.
  4. Create your profile and wait for admission.
  5. Check your admission status regularly.
  6. Print your Al-Qalam University admission letter.
  7. Go to the admission confirmation venue and present your AUK admission letter, JAMB admission letter, and original credentials.
  8. After being cleared by the confirmation officer, get your confirmation letter.
  9. Generate an invoice for payment of fees and pay your fees through the available payment methods (card, internet, wallet, bank, etc.).
  10. Verify your payment and proceed with course registration.

Returning Students

  1. Login with your registration number and password
  2. Generate invoice for payment of fees
  3. Pay the generated invoice and proceed with course registration.
