The Scholarships will offset the corresponding amount of the tuition fees for successful applicants.
The scholarship under the patronage of Excellency Ban Ki-Moon shall allow students engaged in the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to study and develop at a prestigious university institution in Europe.

Requirements for Ban ki-Moon Postgraduate Scholarship Qualification
To be eligible for the Ban Ki-Moon Scholarship 2025, applicants must:
- Candidates must be enrolled in a course that qualifies at the MCI, Austria.
- Candidates must have earned a relevant bachelor’s degree with satisfactory grades from an accredited university.
- The applicants must show how their project’s objectives could have an impact.
- Candidates must be prepared to follow the host university’s guidelines for student behaviour.
- Candidates must exhibit outstanding leadership and academic credentials.
Documents Required for Application
- Curriculum vitae
- Evidence of language proficiency
- A statement of approximately 500 words that recounts the applicant’s current or past commitment to one or several SDGs, including reference to concrete evidence/documentation.
- A motivation letter describing the applicant’s future goals in support of the SDGs and how their chosen degree at MCI will help them achieve them.
