Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University (COOU) governing council has approved the appointment of Mr Chris Obi as Registrar.
The appointment was announced by Professor Anthony Ikefuna, the Chairman of the University’s Governing Council, during the 112th council meeting held on 27th April 2022.
Before Chris Obi was appointed the new registrar, he acted as the registrar of the university.
Mr Chris Obi was an administrative officer at the university. Then he rose to the position of deputy registrar and served the university in various committees over the previous years.
Mr Chris Obi is also a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM) and a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel Management and Administration (FIPMA).
