Golden LEAF Foundation is pleased to announce a scholarship scheme known as Golden Leaf Scholarship Programs.
Golden LEAF Foundation was established in 1999 and is a nonprofit organization established to assist in transforming North Carolina’s economy.
The Foundation has partnered with governmental entities, educational institutions, economic development associations, and nonprofits to help achieve its goals.
This Foundation has consistently provided resources to aid economic development for the state’s rural and economically distressed communities by providing grants, human infrastructure through training of the workforce, and then scholarships.
From the onset to date, the Golden LEAF Foundation has awarded $41 million and above to more than 19,200 students from North Carolina to help them attend the state’s colleges and universities.

Scholarships are available to students from qualifying counties who demonstrate financial need to help them attend college at participating North Carolina public or private institutions or community colleges.

The Golden LEAF Scholarship program is intended to help North Carolinians attend the nation’s community colleges.

This scholarship is to be taken in the U.S.A.
Eligible Nationality:
The scholarship is available to all U.S. citizens.
Golden LEAF Scholarship Benefits:
High school seniors are eligible for a four-year scholarship totalling $12,000 ($3,000 yearly).
Community college transfer students are eligible for $3,000 annually for up to three years. Approximately 215 scholarships will be awarded each year.
