This is to inform you that Indian Council for Cultural Relations ICCR Scholarship 2026 is fully-funded. The Government of India now accepts applications from suitably qualified students into this scholarship program through the ICCR.
For the academic year 2025/2026, the following scholarships are given for various courses at graduate, post-graduate, and Ph.D. levels:
- Bangladesh Scholarship Scheme
- Engineering: Ph.D./ Post Doctoral courses, Postgraduate and Bachelor.
- Bharat Scholarship Scheme
- Postgraduate, Bachelor, and Ph.D./ Post Doctoral Programmes without Engineering

Eligibility for the ICCR scholarship
Entry Requirements
Candidates must have a B Tech/BE degree or apply for the program. Their college syllabus must include Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry.
English Language Requirements
Candidates who wish to get the ICCR Scholarship must be competent in English with at least 60 percent marks in the passed examination or 3 in GPA 5.
Applicants must participate in the 30-minute English excellence test, whose time and venue will be announced.
Candidates should be up to 18 by July 2026.
Note: As per ICCR rules, all awardees must live in the hostels. No exception for health/family reasons to stay outside is considered.
Application Procedure for ICCR Scholarship
- You must create your unique private login ID and password to apply online for interested students. The instructions ask the applicants to submit their applications online.
- These BE/B technicians are required to apply for the course listed on their school-college schedule, including physics, math, and chemistry.
- Every student is required to reside in the dorm. They are unable to leave the house for family and health concerns.
- The online application must be submitted by Saturday, January 20, at 5:00 p.m. Candidates must take the English proficiency test, which will take 30 minutes and have a set time and location.
Application Deadline: The Last date for submission of the application for the session 2025/2026 has been extended to 31st March
