  • Admission Requirements: Students must have a least 3.0 GPA from a community college in the United States.
  • Language Requirement: Students must submit the following tests with the minimum scores set by the university: English proficiency (minimum 79 iBT TOEFL or 6.0 IELTS score).


The scholarship recipients will get the difference in tuition between Missouri residents and nonresidents, plus $1500 every year.
