The University of Winnipeg scholarships will be given to international students who are entering any of the University’s divisions for the first time.
International students who enrol for the first time in any division of the university in one of the following ways will be awarded the University of Winnipeg President’s Scholarship for World Leaders:
- Undergraduate,
- Graduate,
- Collegiate,
- PACE or
- ELP
