- Interested Candidates must be from Enugu State.
- Students must have completed SSCE (WAEC not more than two years).

Application vouchers can be obtained at the Enugu State Scholarship Board office at 28 Okpara Avenue, Old CCB building. The deadline for application is April 30th, 2026.
