The Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) hasn’t confirmed a fresh fees circular for the 2026/2027 academic session. The breakdown below is the last schedule we could trace (2025/2026), shown as background while you confirm the current amount with the bursary.
How Much Is TASUED School Fees?
Two things decide where you land on the TASUED table: whether your programme is an Education course or a pure science and social science course, and whether you are arriving this session or continuing. Both distinctions carry a fixed amount.
Neither gap is large. Science and social science programmes sit ₦10,000 above Education in both rows, and freshers pay ₦22,000 more than returning students in both columns, which covers the one-off charges attached to a first year.
TASUED’s last traceable schedule split tuition by programme type and by year:
| Category | Education Programmes | Pure Science/Social Science Programmes |
|---|---|---|
| Fresh Students | ₦170,500 | ₦180,500 |
| Returning Students | ₦148,500 | ₦158,500 |
Part-time students have previously paid a flat rate around ₦110,000 to ₦120,000 per session, regardless of indigene status. These numbers predate this session, so confirm the current amount on your personalised invoice once it appears on the TASUED portal.

Treating the Tai Solarin Figures as Background, Not a Quote
Nothing here has been confirmed for 2026/2027. The tuition table belongs to 2025/2026, and the acceptance and hostel figures are drawn from earlier reports, so they tell you the scale of the bill rather than its exact size.
The personalised invoice on the TASUED portal is what replaces all of it. That document is generated against your own programme and level, and it is the only version the bursary will act on when you pay.
Three offices between them hold the current answers: the bursary for tuition, admissions for the acceptance fee, and the halls of residence office for accommodation. Asking each directly beats working from a figure someone quoted online.
We’ll update this page once TASUED confirms its official 2026/2027 fees schedule.
