Five (5) SSCE credit passes, including French and English Language, plus one (1) other Arts subject.
Jamb Subject Combination
In UTME, please note that the English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combinations needed to study Portuguese / English under the Faculty of Arts & Humanities in the above Universities include;
French and any other two (2) subjects from Arts and Social Sciences
In UTME, please note that the English Language is Compulsory for this course. Therefore, the three (3) other JAMB UTME subject combinations needed to study Psychology under the Faculty of Social & Management Sciences in the above Universities include;
Any three subjects from Arts or Social Science
Direct Entry Requirement
These are the conditions you need to fulfill to gain Direct Entry admission to study Portuguese / English if you don’t intend to use UTME. You require;
Two (2) ‘A’ level passes, including French, and one (1) other Arts subject
Jamb Score
All candidates interested in getting admitted into LASU for the 2024/2025 session should know that to be eligible for the screening, you must have scored 160 or above in your JAMB result.
