All Federal University of Technology, Akure (FUTA) students are to be informed that the institution’s management has made public the date for the resumption of academic activities for the 2025/2026 academic session.
FUTA Resumption Date
The FUTA Senate has authorised a new academic schedule for the remainder of the 2025/2026 academic session.
First Semester lectures will resume on Monday, October 24, 2026, with students expected to arrive on campus on Sunday, October 23, 2026.
The Senate held a Special Meeting on Wednesday, October 19, 2026, and unanimously agreed to approve.
