Tips for Filling Out the Form Correctly
Fill in your details exactly as they appear on your JAMB slip, since even small mismatches, such as a missing middle name, can cause problems later during verification.
Save a copy of your submitted form or a screenshot of the confirmation page, since you may need to reference it if any issue comes up afterward.
Read every instruction on the form carefully before submitting, since some institutions do not allow corrections once a form has been finally submitted.
Before submitting, review every field once more for typos in your name, phone number, and email, since these are the details the institution will use to reach you later.
